Business processes orchestration competency

Not only competency on improving a process, but also completely reimagine a process and create disruption in the industry by understanding business processes, how to analyze processes, develop new processes, and drive organizational change.

Embrace product management competency

More and more organizations are shifting from projects to product thinking. As Business Analysts, I understand how to work with Product Owners and sometimes serve as a proxy for the Product Owner.  We need to be accountable for the outcomes resulting from our products and establish a deep understanding of our customer and their needs.

Technical competency

Understand technology at a software engineer level that will allow me to find new ways of working and new capabilities for the organization. I am able to work with business leaders and help them understand what is possible.

Stakeholder management competency

Excellent senior stakeholder management skills within a matrix organization. Contributing and collaborating effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Strong communications skills and a successful track record building trusted relationships to understand and address key stakeholder needs.

Customer engagement competency

Being able to run project or program from Business Analyst and Scrum Master role who drive delivery properly based on standard framework. Focusing on the customer experience requires adopting an outside in focus.

Understanding the customer and the challenges they face (using tools such as Customer Journey Maps) allow me to take that outside in approach and create solutions the customers need, want, and love. Experienced and capable to be working with multi-cultural customer management & process management.

Business and system analysis competency

Analyzing the business process, requirement and defining the solution with the use cases, user story, wireframe, functional specification/software requirement.

Excellent on writing user stories understanding benefits and values estimation facilitation. Experience in using Microsoft Visio and Balsamiq tool. Strong analysis skills to analyze the business landscape including current and target processes.

Gathering, developing and documenting business requirementsIdentifying opportunities and making recommendations for streamlining of affected business processes. Analyzing the solution to ensure deliverables match the documented business requirements. Experience on Waterfall and Agile methodologies, easily switch between methodologies depending on client needs.
